- TITLE 11. CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC RETIREMENT
The failure to re-enact all or any part of Subsections D, E, F and L of R.S. 11:2178 shall not affect the rights of the recipients to continue to receive the benefits presently being paid thereunder.
