RS 11:3132: Composition of the fund

From July 26, 1972, all funds, monies, proceeds, and revenues hereafter provided for shall constitute and be "The Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund of the consolidated fire districts of Bastrop, Louisiana", embracing Bastrop for the pensioning of members with disabilities, members who are superannuated, and/or retired members of the consolidated fire districts, Bastrop, Louisiana, and their widows and/or orphans, and for the relief and aid of any member of said fire department in case of disability.
