RS 11:3721: Disbursements upon warrants

- TITLE 11. CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC RETIREMENT
Money shall be paid by the treasurer from the fund only upon warrants signed by the president and countersigned by the secretary. No warrant shall be drawn except by order of the board.
