- TITLE 13. COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE
In addition to his salary, the clerk of court for the parish of Orleans shall receive a sum not to exceed ten percent of his annual salary as an expense allowance. This allowance shall be payable out of the clerk's salary fund upon the warrant of the clerk.
