  1. TITLE 13. COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE

The clerk of court for the parish of Orleans shall appoint such deputy clerks as are necessary to properly conduct the business of his office and of the court. He may remove them at pleasure, or the court en banc to which they are assigned may remove them.
