RS 13:1831: Service of petition and order

- TITLE 13. COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE
Except as otherwise provided in R.S. 13:1833, the petition and order shall be served, by any method authorized by Louisiana law, upon respondent and any person who has physical custody of the child.
