RS 13:2513: Conduct of trials; rules of evidence in the municipal and traffic court

The trials of all cases in the Municipal and Traffic Court of New Orleans, and the rules of evidence applicable thereto, shall be the same as govern the trials of misdemeanors under Title 15 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 as they presently exist or as they may be hereafter amended.
