TITLE 13. COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE

The Homeless Diversion Pilot Program shall develop a method of evaluation to measure its effectiveness. This evaluation shall be compiled annually and transmitted to the judicial administrator of the Louisiana Supreme Court.
