RS 15:1099.1: Construction of Subpart; controlling law

To the extent that the provisions of this Subpart are inconsistent with any other statutory law, the provisions of this Subpart shall be considered controlling, except that all provisions of the Children's Code relative to the placement of juveniles in shelter care facilities and detention centers shall be considered controlling.
