RS 15:1228.2: Actions of the policy board

All actions of the policy board shall be in accordance with the agreement among the following:

(1) The Louisiana Supreme Court.

(2) The Louisiana District Attorneys' Association.

(3) The Louisiana Sheriff's Association.

(4) The Louisiana Association of Chiefs of Police.

(5) The Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections.

(6) Louisiana Judges Association.

(7) Louisiana Associations of Clerks of Court.

(8) The Louisiana Department of Justice.

(9) The Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement and Administration of Criminal Justice.

(10) Youth services of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections.
