RS 16:143: Budget to include additional salaries

The police jury of each of the parishes comprising the Fifth Judicial District shall annually, and at the same time as they prepare their general budget of expenses, budget an amount sufficient to pay the salaries fixed in R.S. 16:142 and 144.
