RS 17:497.2: Remuneration for participation in in-service training programs

Any school bus operator who participates in the school bus operator's instructional program provided through the state Department of Education shall receive as remuneration the sum of six dollars for each hour of instruction in such program, not to exceed forty-eight dollars per school year.
