RS 27:23: Contracts

Unless otherwise authorized in this Title, all contracts for services, goods, supplies, and major repairs entered into by the board shall be made in accordance with Chapter 17, the Louisiana Procurement Code, of Title 39 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
