RS 3:4425: Rules and regulations

The commissioner and the secretary of Louisiana Economic Development shall jointly promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, subject to oversight by the House Committee on Ways and Means and Senate Committee on Revenue and Fiscal Affairs, for the administration and enforcement of this Part.
