- TITLE 30. MINERALS, OIL, AND GAS AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
The Department of Conservation and Energy, through the office of mineral resources, shall provide the necessary staff functions to assist the board in its leasing, supervisory, and other activities, and the secretary, or his designee thereof shall serve as secretary to the board.
