- TITLE 30. MINERALS, OIL, AND GAS AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in Subpart A of this Part, the provisions of this Subpart shall apply to leases by the State Mineral and Energy Board for the purposes set forth in R.S. 30:148.2.
