RS 32:453: Licensing requirements; exemptions

- TITLE 32. MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
No vehicle which has been registered and licensed as a street rod pursuant to this Section and to R.S. 47:463.12 shall be subject to the regular motor vehicle licensing requirements.
