RS 33:130.254: Advisory committee

- TITLE 33. MUNICIPALITIES AND PARISHES 3
A. The board may establish advisory committees and may appoint members to any such committee. Advisory committees shall meet with the board upon the request of a majority of the board membership.
B. Elected officials are prohibited from serving on the advisory committee.
