RS 33:1662: Penalty for neglect

TITLE 33. MUNICIPALITIES AND PARISHES 3

Any parish treasurer failing or refusing to comply with R.S. 33:1651 through R.S. 33:1661, shall forfeit, for every offense, the sum of twenty-five dollars, to go into the parish treasury.
