RS 33:4306: District as a political subdivision

Any gas utility district created pursuant to this Subpart shall be a political subdivision within the meaning of the general laws authorizing the issuance of bonds. Nothing in this Subpart shall be construed as authorizing the issuance and sale of property or ad valorem bonds.
