RS 34:871: Arrest by master or person in charge

TITLE 34. NAVIGATION AND SHIPPING

Any master or person in charge of any vessel upon which the offenses enumerated in R.S. 34:869 are committed, may arrest any person so offending and deliver him to the proper authorities for trial.
