RS 37:1274: Issuance of license

TITLE 37. PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS

If the requirements of R.S. 37:1272 or R.S. 37:1276 are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue to the applicant a license to practice medicine.
