TITLE 38. PUBLIC CONTRACTS, WORKS AND IMPROVEMENTS

The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to any undrained lands, including marsh, swamp, and overflow lands, located in the parish of Orleans or owned by the city of New Orleans.
