RS 38:1848: Resolution ordering election

- TITLE 38. PUBLIC CONTRACTS, WORKS AND IMPROVEMENTS
The election shall be ordered by resolution which shall state the amount of bonded debt and other indebtedness to be assumed, and shall designate the districts whose debts are to be assumed.
