RS 38:2872: Contracts of the district

  1. TITLE 38. PUBLIC CONTRACTS, WORKS AND IMPROVEMENTS

Contracts of the district shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 10 of this Title, relative to public contracts (R.S. 38:2181 et seq.).
