RS 40:1079.15: Parental involvement in counseling

Any school or facility that provides preventive counseling or treatment to a child shall seek, only with the written consent of the child, the involvement of a parent, family member, or other individual close to the child. Such involvement shall be in conformity with the confidentiality requirements of R.S. 40:1079.18.
