RS 40:1251.3: Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act Opportunities

In accordance with the authority granted the Louisiana Department of Health pursuant to R.S. 36:254(A)(6) and (D)(1)(a)(i) and pursuant to the restrictions contained in this Part, the department shall avail itself of the provisions of the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act provisions to implement a buy-in program for the working persons with disabilities.
