RS 40:1253.5: Medicaid state plan amendments

The Louisiana Department of Health shall make available to the public on the department's website all Medicaid state plan amendments and any related correspondence within twenty-four hours of submission to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. All formal responses by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regarding any state plan amendment shall be made available to the public on the department's website within twenty-four hours of receipt of the correspondence by the department.
