  2. PART II. LOUISIANA ORGAN TRANSPLANT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND BONE MARROW DONATIONS

As used in this Part:

(1) "Office" shall mean the office of the secretary in the Louisiana Department of Health.

(2) "Secretary" shall mean the secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health, or his designated representative.
