RS 40:1281.11: Exemptions, exceptions, and exclusions

The secretary shall provide by rule promulgated in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act for exemptions from the application of this Subpart relative to the certification of water supply and sewerage system operators. Such exemptions shall be authorized only if and to the extent that they are in conformity with and are required by federal guidelines pertaining to such operators.
