RS 40:1543: Certification

A. Certification for successful completion of prescribed courses shall be issued by the office of state fire marshal.

B. The office of state fire marshal shall develop a program to issue a reciprocity certification to a person who has been timely certified by an accreditation by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress, at the appropriate accredited certification level.
