RS 40:1730.44: Scope of State Building Energy Conservation Code

A. New state buildings constructed in Louisiana shall comply with the State Building Energy Conservation Code.

B. The facility planning and control section of the division of administration may modify the specific requirements of this Part for state-owned historic buildings and may provide alternate requirements which will result in a reasonable degree of energy efficiency.
