RS 40:1730.61: Equivalent methods of compliance

With reference to the standards and requirements of the building code, the state fire marshal may determine, from an engineering performance standpoint, all questions concerning building code equivalency or alternative materials or methods of construction or as approved by the Louisiana Uniform Construction Code Commission.
