RS 40:2120.65: PACE provider participants; restrictions

A PACE provider shall provide services only to those participants who have chosen PACE services and who have been approved by Medicare or the Louisiana Medicaid Program or are otherwise qualified to become a PACE enrollee. A PACE provider shall not provide services to any person that is not an approved PACE enrollee.
