RS 40:2152: Purpose

The purpose of this Part is to authorize the Louisiana Department of Health to promulgate and publish rules and regulations to provide for integrated behavioral health services under one license, to provide for the health, safety, and welfare of persons receiving behavioral health services, and to provide for the safe operation and maintenance of providers and facilities providing such care.
