RS 40:2195.4: Rules and regulations

The Louisiana Department of Health shall promulgate, in accordance with provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, rules and regulations necessary to implement the community-based and rural health care program. The rules and regulations promulgated by the department shall establish criteria and priorities for granting funds authorized by this Part.
