RS 40:31.31.1: Export certificate fees

The Louisiana Department of Health shall charge a fee of fifteen dollars for each export certificate or certificate of free sale issued at the request of a manufacturer or distributor whose operations are subject to the jurisdiction of the Louisiana Department of Health or whose products are subject to rules promulgated by the Louisiana Department of Health in accordance with R.S. 40:627.
