RS 40:5.9.2: Community water system accountability; federal funds

A community water system or local governing authority operating a community water system receiving federal funds, including stimulus or relief payments or grants, for the upgrade, repair, or otherwise replacement of the water system infrastructure shall submit a detailed plan describing how the federal funds will be used to the Louisiana Department of Health.
