RS 40:701.3: Labeling

Notwithstanding the issuance of any permit, every machine as defined in this Subpart shall have a label which shall be displayed prominently on the machine indicating the source of the water dispensed, the methods used to treat the water to reduce or eliminate impurities, and the chemical names and concentrations of any preservatives or additives.
