RS 42:406: Penalty for violation of provisions of this Part

  1. TITLE 42. PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

Whoever violates any provision of this Part shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
