RS 45:713: Certificate of fitness

- TITLE 45. PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS
If, after instruction required by R.S. 45:711, the applicant is found qualified, the last instructor shall issue him a certificate of fitness showing his competency either as motorman or conductor.
