RS 46:1975: Misrepresentation of service animal

- TITLE 46. PUBLIC WELFARE AND ASSISTANCE
No individual shall misrepresent an animal to be a service dog or service dog-in-training to a person or entity that owns or operates a public accommodation or a residential dwelling.
