RS 46:445: Minor emancipated by marriage; nursing care benefits

  1. TITLE 46. PUBLIC WELFARE AND ASSISTANCE

A minor emancipated by marriage shall not be ineligible, by reason of age alone, to apply for and receive nursing care benefits.
