RS 47:1696: Disposition of collections

After satisfaction of the requirements of the Bond Security and Redemption Fund as required under Article VII, Section 9(B) of the Constitution of Louisiana, the state treasurer shall deposit in and credit to the Early Childhood Education Fund the revenues collected as provided in this Chapter.
