RS 56:799.6: Department duties and responsibilities; powers

A. In addition to duties, responsibilities, and powers otherwise provided by law, the department shall administer, control, and manage the White Lake Property.

B. The department may enter into cooperative endeavor agreements to fulfill its duties and responsibilities under this Subpart. Each such agreement shall be subject to review by the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget.
