RS 9:2350.1: Indemnification of third party by special charitable trust

A special charitable trust may be subject to indemnification, reimbursement claims, assumption of obligations, and liabilities of another entity to incentivize donations or contributions to the special charitable trust. This provision shall be broadly construed.
