RS 9:2790.4: Penalties

A. Any person who is found to have violated the provisions of this Chapter shall be liable to an individual for any damages including court costs and reasonable attorney fees as ordered by the court.

B. A claimant shall demonstrate actual damages resulting from intentional unlawful videoing and recording and dissemination.
