Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 10, § 7: Receipt of federal funds for state-operated veterans' homes

Section 7. He shall receive from the United States all sums of money paid for the benefit of state-operated veterans' homes under authority of any act of congress, and such funds shall, subject to appropriation, be available for expenditure for the maintenance of said institutions.
