Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 106, § 9-809: Priority

Section 9–809. The amendatory act shall determine the priority of conflicting claims to collateral. However, if the relative priorities of the claims were established before the effective date of the amendatory act, this article in effect before the effective date of the amendatory act shall determine priority.
