Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 110D, § 8: Inconsistency with other laws; chapter governing

Section 8. To the extent that this chapter is inconsistent with chapter 156D, 164 or 182, the provisions of this chapter shall govern.

No provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to limit the power of an association or trust to amend its instrument or declaration of trust to the extent otherwise lawful.
